Going soap-free is a simple form of treatment for dyshidrotic eczema. Soap, especially the harsh type, strips the skin's oils and damages the skin barrier, making the skin more susceptible to eczema. Instead, use a dispersible emollient cream such as aqueous cream or emulsifying ointment to wash your hands.

4. Aloe Vera

You must try this natural alternative treatment. Aloe vera is a perennial succulent that has long been used for its moisturizing and healing properties for the skin. Research suggests that the gel from the plant's leaves has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. There is also evidence that aloe vera can relieve the itching and dryness associated with eczema. You can use the gel directly from the sheets or creams, lotions or gels that contain it.

5. Soak oats

Another natural alternative for treating dyshidrotic eczema, adding oatmeal to your bath helps calm inflammation and relieve itching. Oats contain anti-inflammatory and anti-itch avenanthramides, as well as moisturizing fatty acids and vitamin E. Place the oats in a cotton handkerchief or pantyhose and tie it tightly.
