How should you do a colon cleanse to cure eczema?
As I said before, if you want to get rid of your eczema, it is very important to do a colon cleanse. This removes all toxins, acids and waste from your body and gives your colon the opportunity to absorb all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals from the good foods you eat in the future.
The three main types of colon cleanses are 1) enema, 2) colonic irrigation, and 3) proprietary colon cleansers.
1) An enema involves inserting an enema into you, which then dissolves and, I assume, attacks any waste inside you. Usually this is taken at night before bed and when you wake up in the morning you should feel the urge to use the toilet, bathroom. As a result, you should have a good cleansing movement that allows you to empty your bowels of the usual morning waste as well as waste that is caked on the lining of the colon walls. I've never done an enema before so I don't know too much about them.
2) A colonic lavage where you will undoubtedly go to a private clinic and get your colonic lavage from a trained doctor or therapist. And that includes, before anything begins, the doctor will ask you some health questions to make sure you are healthy and can benefit from colonic irrigation. And then when the procedure begins, you lie on a table and the therapist inserts a tube that contains either water or water and a herbal mixture. And this water or herbal mixture is introduced through your butt and the water can go into the colon. The therapist then performs a series of massages to break down any stuck-on toxins from your colon wall. And then after about 15 minutes, all the waste products will re-enter the tube that was inserted into you and you will begin to see all the waste products leaving your body, broken down into small separate parts. The entire process can take between 30 and 45 minutes, and once it's complete, you'll know you've received a thorough colonic irrigation treatment. This usually needs to be repeated regularly after three to six months to keep the colon clear.
3) Your own colon cleanse. I have personally done a colon cleanse using various foods and it was very effective. But for me I prefer the herbal proprietary product because you could see the difference in the waste leaving the body. You could see a large amount of crusted waste leaving the body, and a lot of the waste that has been there for years, probably decades, being allowed to leave the body. What I did was I drank three glasses a day of this herbal drink and didn't eat anything else. And this herbal drink - also allows me to eliminate waste products, acids, chemicals and the like. It also provided me with nutrients so I didn't feel hungry during the colon cleanse. And every time I visited the bathroom I could see that it was working.
If you want to clear your eczema, I would suggest you start with a colon cleanse. And within a short time you will feel different and your skin will look different.
