Foods that help relieve hemorrhoids
A high-fiber diet made up of raw fruits and vegetables is what you need to follow to eliminate and prevent constipation and what you need to prevent and cure hemorrhoids.
If you haven't eaten a lot of fiber, you need to add fiber to your diet slowly, especially if you add it with bran. Increase your use of bran or other bran-based cereals over a few weeks.
Adding fiber to your diet with fruits and vegetables allows you to add them freely without much problem. However, because your stomach is not used to it, you may have more gas for a week or two.
Here are some of the foods you should use.
Juices
Juices are good for hemorrhoids, but especially dark berry juice mixed with equal parts apple juice. The dark berry juices to use are:
Cherries, blackberries, blueberries
These berries contain “anthocyanins” and “proanthocyanidins” that reduce hemorrhoid pain and swelling by tightening and strengthening the hemorrhoid veins.
Drink at least one glass of this juice mixture every day.
Red and black currants
Currants are rich in vitamin C, rutin and minerals. This makes their juice valuable in eliminating hemorrhoids. They also have a small amount of the fatty acid GLA, which produces prostaglandin that controls body pain.
Drink 1-2 glasses of red or black currants daily.

Add these three herbs to your diet. Each of these helps break down fibrin. Fibrin is a natural substance that helps repair breaks in tissues, organs and arteries. However, it can happen that your body overreacts and deposits too much fibrin, causing inflammation in the arteries and particularly in the hemorrhoid area.
Red and black currants
Currants are rich in vitamin C, rutin and minerals. This makes their juice valuable in eliminating hemorrhoids. They also have a small amount of the fatty acid GLA, which produces prostaglandin that controls body pain.
