The causes of thyroid problems
Deep down, you probably feel that the health problems you are facing may be related to an overactive or underactive thyroid. The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped endocrine gland located at the front of the neck.
Although as humans we tend to overcomplicate health problems, we can also see things as they are and take steps to address the root cause. This root cause is too many toxins coming in and not being processed enough.
Whether it's mold toxins, lack of nutritious foods (our topsoil is severely depleted in the US making it difficult to extract vitamins/minerals from the foods you eat), heavy metals from amalgam fillings or everyday toxins from chlorinated or even fluoridated water as well as toxins from commercial cosmetics, deodorants and soaps. It is difficult for the body to deal with stressors over time.
So what it comes down to is that the thyroid is probably burdened with toxins and/or not receiving the proper nutrition it needs to function optimally.
What then is the goal for thyroid health?
The goal is to eliminate the stressors, cleanse and rebuild the body with the essential nutrients needed for work.
What happens then?
The body has super intelligence and will start working its wonders since it has been given an environment in which to thrive.
How can you do that?
Well, first start by clearing your colon.
They open the main gate to allow the toxins to escape.
When the colon is clogged with undigested food and a lifetime of incorrect combinations of foods, processed foods and GMOs, the body does not feel safe to release toxins.
These toxins are then stored in fat and they form a protective layer or layers of fat to protect the organs.
Then you can cleanse your kidneys by using certain herbs to remove stones, cysts and other particles such as heavy metals. You may need to do several rounds of these herbs to make this excretory duct flowing and strong.
Now it's time to fine-tune your liver. The liver is responsible for filtering toxins and regulating hormone production. If this filter is clogged with bacteria, yeast, stones and parasites, there is no way the body can function properly.
Think for a moment about the fluids in your body. Would you rather they be like a murky, stagnant pond or a crystal clear river that flows effortlessly into every area of the body including your thyroid? With a healthy lymphatic system, vital minerals can be transported to the organs that need them most and gut bacteria are balanced to boost your immune system.
This is the basic cleaning protocol. However, you can make further progress with cleansing parasites and heavy metals.
Lastly, you want to supply the thyroid with certain minerals that work together to ensure that hormone conversion can occur.
You now have the knowledge you need to reverse your thyroid problems.
