1. White bread– This food makes it difficult for the body to regulate insulin and also disrupts the hormonal balance in the body.

2. Caffeine– We all love caffeine, most of us have it in coffee or soda every day. However, caffeine impairs thyroid function and only worsens the symptoms of hypothyroidism. Although caffeine is a stimulant, it is not good for stimulating your thyroid.

3. Broccoli– We all assume that we should eat our vegetables, but this is one you want to stay away from. This is because broccoli is considered a goitrogenic food. This means that eating too much broccoli can increase your chances of developing a goiter somewhere on your body.
