A nutrient-dense diet is also important for fibromyalgia and depression, meaning a diet that consists primarily of whole, fresh vegetables. It is important to eliminate or greatly reduce consumption of processed foods and refined sugars and starches (gluten), along with saturated and trans fats and GMOs.
For fibromyalgia and depression it is also important to take good doses of natural vitamins (a, b complex, c, d3, e, k1 and k2) together with liquid, colloidal trace elements, co-q 10 and astragalus. Also try colloidal gold or silver for depression.

Other remedies for pain relief include massage, chiropractic care, Reiki and energy therapy, acupuncture and medical marijuana. It is also important to move and stretch to allow energy to flow freely to the site of pain. Also take salt baths with lavender essential oil and use relaxing essential oils such as vanilla, rose, and flowers. Also use spearmint and peppermint essential oils for pain.
Reduce stress and meditate. Stay heart-centered and in the moment, stopping negative and stressful thoughts and thoughts about your pain. Do deep breathing exercises where you breathe directly into your heart and stomach and focus on each breath.
Pain is a low vibrational energy. To relieve pain, it is important to cultivate inner peace and peace of mind and raise your vibrations. You do this by being in the moment, being happy, having fun, focusing on enjoying life and the positive details of work and errands, and doing things that make you happy. Here is a visualization exercise you can do to raise your vibrations to shake off the low vibrations of pain:
Sit or lie down. Make yourself comfortable. Relax. Take a deep breath. Just focus on your breathing. Close your eyes. Hold high vibration crystals in your hand (citrine, amethyst, orgone, clear quartz). Cross your hands together. With your applied will, imagine that you are expelling your energy in front of your torso about 3 to 6 inches from your torso. Do this with the intention of raising your vibrations.
Meditation helps in pain relief. So, do whatever you can to distract yourself from thinking about the pain—that is, fully engaging in the moment. Also look for massage, chiropractor, and acupuncture for pain relief.
Headaches can be due to stress or migraines. Regarding stress headaches, try natural remedies that help relieve stress such as vitamin B12, magnesium and valerian root supplements along with chamomile, skullcap and passionflower. Try feverfew and white willow bark supplements. Try relaxing scents made from essential oils like vanilla, rose, and other floral scents. Try deep breathing exercises and meditation. Have someone send you long distance Reiki. For headaches, also try the anti-inflammatory supplements described above along with fresh ginger. Fresh ginger is also recommended as a remedy for stomach pain.
For chronic headaches and migraines, take magnesium and have a Reiki practitioner heal you with craniosacral energy. This is hands-on energy healing that focuses on the head, sinuses, and neck. Craniosacral energy healing releases energy trapped in the head and sinuses that causes headaches and helps relieve tension in the neck. The Reiki practitioner draws trapped energy into your head, through your body, and out of your feet.
If you have chronic pain, check your thyroid function. Stress reduction, detoxification, and a diet consisting primarily of whole raw fresh organic vegetables in salads and juices (except lots of raw cruciferous vegetables) are said to improve your thyroid health. Avoid processed foods, refined sugars and starches. Drink pure water with fresh lemon. All of this will help your body/pH become alkaline and not acidic. This will help for thyroid health. Holistic research shows the benefits of magnesium, iodine, selenium and zinc and protein powder supplements for thyroid health. Holistic research also shows the benefits of herbal supplement blends for thyroid health. Many of these blends contain Ashwaghanda, Holy Basil, L-Tyrosine, Sea Kelp, and Shizandra, among others. For thyroid health, avoid gluten, dairy, and meat.
You can also release trapped energy in your head as follows: Lie down and focus on taking deep breaths into your heart. Imagine drawing energy from your head, through your body and legs, and out your feet. Hold grounding stones, such as Boji stones, in your left hand during this exercise. Also do the same visualization while sitting up and placing your bare feet on the floor. Imagine pulling the energy in your head into your body and legs, and pushing that energy deep into the ground through your feet.
