How drawing ointments puts eczema in its place
Many people have gone to the alternative health store my family owns with various skin conditions, not least eczema and psoriasis. These particular illnesses are known for their stressful skin itching and irritation, as well as the difficulty in finding relief.
Typical medications include steroids and topical applications. Some of the biggest disadvantages of this type of treatment are the side effects such as drowsiness, possible absorption of the steroids into the general system, and the potential risk of cancer. Certainly, serious side effects can sometimes be worse than the disease itself. One of the biggest problems people with eczema and psoriasis have is constant itching. The more they scratch, the more serious the condition becomes. Scratching can cause sores, oozing and severe pain. The drawing ointment stops the itching immediately, soothes the skin and begins the healing process.
We have found that using a traditional pulling ointment provides excellent results with no side effects. The ointment works well and is easy to apply directly to the skin over the affected area. It may take several applications of the ointment, as the person sees fit, to keep the ointment on the skin long enough for the ointment to have enough time to be effective.
After several uses of the drawing ointment, we noticed very noticeable relief from itching, pain and peeling skin. The ointment soothes the area, softens the skin and provides immediate relief, which is a very desirable and positive result. We have had many people report back who are overjoyed with wonderful results.
It is also very helpful to drink plenty of pure water every day, eliminate sugar from your diet as much as possible and eat lots of green vegetables. It must be remembered that the disease of eczema did not manifest itself overnight and that healing from the inside out must also occur over a period of time.
Because there is no “cure” for eczema, it can be a very frustrating condition to deal with. However, just relieving the itch is an important step in allowing the area to heal. We have seen that many people have achieved a good result in just a few days after using the drawing ointment. Over time, continued use of the ointment provides continued conditioning to the skin and prevents more serious breakouts.
