Asynt announces the key change to the novel parallel overhead stirring platform, Drysyn Vortex, enabling the flexible use of common laboratory glassware for up to three bottles/beakers in a tiny footprint.

Asynt has launched a comprehensive new range of Drysyn swivel kits to enable use with popular international glassware fitting sizes. Users can now choose from B24 or B29 trims as standard across the range.

The Drysyn-Wiro platform is designed to combat common problems in the laboratory such as stirring overheads for viscous materials or where heterogeneous systems are used, and is also ideal for those who use materials that are unsuitable for stirring with magnetic stir bars due to their abrasive properties.

All Drysyn Vortex models have a compact footprint and are compatible with standard B24 or B29 rated glassware. All major brands of overhead stripper, allowing scientists to effectively triple the workload attributed to each overhead stripper motor, operating both more efficiently and sustainably. This space-saving design is ideal for reaction screening or performing multiple reactions simultaneously.

The powerful Drysyn Vortex system uses a robust, maintenance-free mechanical transmission to engage a single motor, allowing it to stir three positions simultaneously. This gear can be easily adjusted by the user to provide more powerful stirring via a reduction drive or to provide better performance when using lower power stirrers. Users can also easily swap out their preferred agitator shaft/preference to suit their needs.

The Drysyn vortex range includes three different models:
