Factors affecting back pain:
Improper posture: Improper posture while sitting, excessive standing, walking and sleeping contribute to back pain. Sitting in a chair in an incorrect or uncomfortable position for a long time or driving for a long time every day can cause chronic back pain in people.
Injury:
The injury is a common cause of back pain. Sudden movements, lifting, bending, etc. can cause strain on the muscles or ligaments, which may result in injury. On the other hand, trauma due to a fall, the accident on the back, can suddenly cause severe back pain.
Obesity:
People who suffer from excess weight are at a much higher risk of suffering from back and spine pain. In overweight people, the amount of weight puts more pressure on your spine, leading to conditions such as osteoarthritis.
