The real cause of acne revealed

What causes acne? There are a million theories about the real causes of acne and I'm sure you've heard many of them. So many rules about what to do and what not to do to prevent those dreaded pimples from forming. I won't dictate my own ideas to you and add to your list of confusion about what causes acne, but rather illustrate a different way of thinking about your acne problem so you can find your unique acne trigger.

Have you ever had a mosquito bite? It itches and itches and so you scratch it, which causes it to swell and itch even more. It's enough to drive you crazy! So you frantically rummage through your bathroom drawer, pull out After Bite, and ahhhh—finally, some relief. You hate those mosquito bites, but no matter how much After Bite you put on your skin, you always seem to get more of them! Treating the bites once they form is obviously not the answer.

Okay, okay, so you're saying to me, "To stop mosquito bites, of course you have to stop the mosquitoes. And what do bugs have to do with acne anyway?" Well, it's a cause and effect problem. The mosquitoes cause the bites, so you need to get rid of the mosquitoes to stop the bites. The same applies to acne.

What's the first thing you do when you get acne? Do you go out and buy a spot treatment or a face wash to clear up the pimples? That's all fine and dandy if you're happy with having to keep buying treatments that deal with the "bites" and not the "mosquitoes."

Think of acne as a symptom of a problem, not the problem itself. You are now light years ahead of the majority of the population and a big step closer to stopping your acne before it starts.

In today's modern medicine, we tend to view illnesses, diseases and problems with physical disorders as isolated to the affected area. You have acne on your skin, so treat your skin. But it is more complex than that. The body is a highly connected organism. What happens in one place on your body can sometimes appear as a symptom in another place, which is the case with acne.

So, what is the problem in your body that produces acne as a symptom? Unfortunately, there is no answer that works for everyone on this question. Multiple problems can all present as the same symptom – acne, making quick diagnosis difficult. You must play the role of investigator to find out what your unique triggers are. But know that it is something internal within you that is out of balance. Here are some possible causes of acne that you should investigate about yourself:

  • Essensallergien
  • Mangel an Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen
  • Überarbeitete Leber oder andere reinigende Organe
  • Hormonstörungen
  • Überwachsen von Candida
  • Stress

You need to find the “bugs” to squash them, so start looking. Change your focus from the “bites” to the “bugs” and your unique acne cause will be revealed.
