Kapha allergies
Kapha allergy is usually characterized as a type of congestion. For this type of allergy, you need to follow a liquid diet consisting mostly of fresh vegetable and fruit juices. But be very careful if you only eat a liquid diet once a week. You should never go on a liquid diet more than once a week.
