I have seen young people suffering from arthritis. When acidic waste builds up in the fluid that lubricates our joints, they swell and the ends of the bones become rough and stiff. The cartilage becomes dry, brittle after the secretion dries up completely and the bones rub against each other. In this condition, the body becomes stiff in our joints and muscles and pain begins. This pain is “arthritis” pain.
In fact, arthritis is a chronic inflammatory syndrome of the joints that slowly increases the destruction of these structures. It doesn't seem to be an illness. It looks like a person suffers from many physical disorders. Doctors say they have to diagnose it as arthritis first because there are many different diseases that we have described as arthritis. There are two most common types, one is osteoarthritis and the other is rheumatoid arthritis.
Arthritis is an inflammatory disease, also known as a degenerative disease, that affects bones or joints in the body. In this condition, the inflammation attacks the environment of the lubricating fluid in the joints. The entire structure is affected and there is swelling, fatigue, stiffness and fever, pain in fingers, wrists, knees, ankles and spine. It can also sometimes bring a debilitating condition.
The second condition is osteoarthritis, which is related to the wear and tear of aging and the deterioration of the cartilage at the end of the bone. This causes acute pain. This mainly applies to an area of the body such as the neck, knees and sometimes the hips.
Yoga helps eliminate arthritis pain, breathing exercises and meditation help calm the mind, emotions, mental and physical pain.
Drink a liter of water on a chair early in the morning. Water is a wonderful cleanser and an excellent moisturizer. Repeat this water therapy again in the evening two hours before your daily dinner. Don't drink water too late as it may interrupt your sleep. It is important for arthritis sufferers to sleep through the night as the body repairs itself while sleeping. Water will lubricate your joints and reduce your discomfort. We all need to drink a lot of water because the human body contains 70% water and if we don't drink enough water in a day, our body screams for it.
Recipe to eat::
· Consume half a teaspoon of Giloye powder and a teaspoon of Amla powder with warm water first thing in the morning and before going to bed.
· Swallow a teaspoon of Triffla (a mixer of dried Baherha, Amla and Hararh powder - these are fruits grown in India and available in Oriental and Indian stores) with water in the morning and before bed. It detoxifies the human body and resets the metabolism.
· Take a teaspoon of castor oil, mix it with a teaspoon of ginger powder and swallow with warm water before bed. You can put the mixture on your tongue and swallow it with warm water every night. Continue this process for three weeks and this will cleanse your colon.
· Ajwain powder
(Indian wild celery seed powder) ½ tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Yellow mustard seed powder ½ tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Gurh (raw sugar) 1 tsp
Mix the first four ingredients well. Place gurh in a pan, heat with a few drops of water; Add mixed ingredients when gurh melts and stir continuously. Turn off the heat and make three small balls when it is cold. Swallow a tiny herbal ball with water three times daily. Make it in bulk so that you can consume it for a week or a month, and continue this process for at least six months. Use either the first two or last two recipes at the same time, depending on your needs.
