A Secret Cause of Hemorrhoids and How to Stop Them
There is one common factor that affects and aggravates (and sometimes even causes) hemorrhoids more than most hemorrhoid patients know. What's worse is that it completely goes under the radar. A Secret Cause of Hemorrhoids and How to Stop Them
There is one common factor that affects and aggravates (and sometimes even causes) hemorrhoids more than most hemorrhoid patients know. What's worse is that it completely goes under the radar.
Remember that hemorrhoids or hemorrhoids are basically an inflamed wall of the rectal veins that has been ruptured by some force and some factors have contributed to it not healing properly. Over time it simply becomes larger, more painful or even itchy.
Our biggest contribution to this can be something as simple as STRESS!
Stress increases our average blood pressure during the day. This can cause the vein walls to build up more pressure, especially when we are sitting down for office work, for example. There is a lot of pressure circulating in this area.
Worse, stress can lead to real dehydration. This alone makes your stool dry and causes pressure down there. It also thickens the blood and creates a continuous cycle of power for your hemorrhoids. The end result is just not good.
To that end, I have a few recommendations for people everywhere to reduce stress.
The first is to simply meditate for 5 minutes a day by simply thinking about nothingness. Try it in the morning and you will love the feeling. Focus on the vastness of the universe. Notice how small your problems are in comparison. This will relax you despite the outside world.
The second aspect is to take a break from work every few days, try something new or, if possible, take a new short vacation. This relieves a lot of tension in the body and mind. Well, there are completely scientific facts why a new activity can help your stress levels go down very quickly, so try it now. For example, spend an afternoon climbing or learning a new language. Concentrating the mind can do wonders.
