  2. Another good idea is to start exercising. A little moderate exercise is good for your heart and can help lower blood pressure significantly. Just don't overdo it and clarify your training plans with your doctor first!

  3. Learn stress management techniques. None of the remedies out there, including medications, help much when you're stressed!
