Lubrication and hydration of the body is not what people conventionally expect. That's why people continue to get sick. This proposal is a conglomeration of what I have learned through experience and experimentation with the teachings of Ajonus Vonderplanitz in his 2 books.
First and foremost is the issue of water. Drinking a lot of water will not make you hydrated. Avoid drinking water and taking a bath... bathe every other day or longer. It's fat, fat, fat, and more fat, meant to lubricate you, quench your thirst, energize you, and nourish and hydrate you from the inside out.
Of course, in order for your body to utilize fat, you must have performed a liver flush to rid your liver of stones and debris. And you have to nourish your liver with raw meat protein and zucchini in Bieler's soup. A daily egg yolk liver flush in the morning, Bieler soup daily and in 1 week or more your digestive system will be online. Of course, you may need to do a colon cleanse before any liver flush. And after the liver flush, you may need to do a kidney cleanse with avocado tea or just take watermelon when it's in season.
Assuming you have your liver and digestive system working for you online, we can move on to daily grease lubrication:
*Wake up with 2 raw eggs, eat everything, not just the yolk
* 2 hours later some fresh raw coconut meat
* 2 hours later some fresh raw fatty beef, say 1/4 volume is visually live back fat or bone marrow is better if you have the money for it. Some raw tuna or raw blue marlin for variety. Eat at least 1/2 kilogram of raw meat every day.
* 2 hours later some ripe avocados (avocados are in season now)
Repeat the process throughout the day. If you're particularly thirsty, grab some cool watermelon to quench the thirst, but if fat fills you up, the better.
Avoid olive oil because in this case olive oil causes dry skin. That's why I recommend you do an egg yolk liver flush.
The trick is to saturate your body with lots of fat and animal meat. If you can afford it, the more raw, fatty animals, the better. No food separation. Space each food 2 hours apart.
For lifestyle, stop brushing your teeth. Do oil pulling. I have had good success with virgin coconut oil. Do 20 minutes of oil pulling morning, afternoon and evening. It takes time, but you just have to do it. As you feel your skin hydrating from within, you can use less and less of your dab lotions. The path to wellness depends on getting rid of all chemical inputs, whether ingested or applied to your skin.
You can experiment by applying very ripe avocado flesh to your skin instead of lotion. Avocado flesh is an ancient historical skin beauty remedy. Raw fat cleans, raw fat nourishes, raw fat lubricates. Everyone hails raw fat. Especially raw animal fat. Tasty good.
