Medaxiom, the leading source for cardiovascular organizational performance solutions, has released its 2024APP Cardiovascular Advanced Practice Provider Compensation and Usage Report (App)including 2023 data from 90 provider organizations – a robust response rate. The report includes a foreword by Ginger Biesbrock, DSC, PA-C, FACC, executive vice president of Medaxiom Care Transformation Services, and promotes practical applications of the report's data to design and implement team-based care models.

Report highlights:

  1. Die mediane Entschädigung für Kardiologie-Apps hat sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr weiter erhöht und von 2019 auf 2023 um 15% gestiegen.
  2. Die App-App pro ärztlicher Vollzeit (FT) -Verwerte ähnelt dem Bericht des letzten Jahres für Kardiologie, Herzchirurgie und Gefäßchirurgie.
