From now on, a limit of 3.5 nanograms of THC per milliliter of blood applies to drivers. Anyone who exceeds this value must expect fines and driving bans. Even stricter rules apply, especially for beginner drivers and drivers under the age of 21. A cannabis ban during the two-year review period is now mandatory.
