Franziska Preuß: From setbacks to biathlon top!
Franziska Preuß, the 29-year-old German biathlete, has struggled with health problems and injuries in recent years that have significantly affected her performance. Nevertheless, she has shown a remarkable explosion in performance this winter, which she attributes to her stable state of health. Preuß is currently leading the overall World Cup and has thus been able to consolidate her status as the German number one in biathlon Sports1 reported.
Preuss has made little change to her training structure recently, but emphasizes the importance of recovery, which is currently working well.
