How should I use neutral sodium fluoride rinse?

Store at room temperature, protected from moisture and heat. Do not freeze. Avoid extreme heat.

What happens if I miss a dose?

Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help hotline at 1-800-222-1222.If you swallow large amounts of fluoride while using it, you may experience overdose symptoms.

Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, burning mouth, and sore tongue.

More serious symptoms of overdose may include severe stomach cramps and coughing up blood.

What should I avoid when using Neutral Sodium Fluoride Rinse?

Avoid swallowing neutral sodium fluoride rinse. Spit it out after use.

What other drugs will affect neutral sodium fluoride rinse?

The neutral sodium fluoride rinse used in the mouth is unlikely to be affected by other medications you are taking. But many medications can interact with each other. Tell each of your healthcare providers about all medications you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal products.
