If used together, your doctor may change the dose or frequency of use of this medication, or give you special instructions about food, alcohol, or tobacco consumption.
- Koffein
Other medical problems
The presence of other medical problems may affect the use of this medicine. Be sure to tell your doctor if you have any other medical problems, especially:

Call your doctor or pharmacist for instructions.
If you miss your next injection by day 33, your doctor will want to rule out pregnancy before giving you the medicine again. Another method of contraception should be used until your period starts or your doctor determines that you are not pregnant and you can take the medicine again.
Precautions when using estradiol and medroxyprogesterone
It is very important that your doctor check your progress at regular visits to make sure this medicine is not causing any unwanted effects. These physical exams usually take place every 12 months, but you will need to see your doctor every 28 to 30 days to receive your injection.
This medicine does not protect a woman from sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) or acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS).
Side effects of estradiol and medroxyprogesterone
In addition to the necessary effects, a medicine may also have some undesirable effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, medical attention may be required if they occur.
