What is Tildrakizumab?
Tildrakizumab is used to treat moderate to severe psoriasis in adults.
Tildrakizumab may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
What are the lofexidine side effects of tildrakizumab?
If necessary, get emergency medical helpSigns of an allergic reaction:hives; difficult breathing; Swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
You can get infections more easily, even serious or fatal infections.Call your doctor immediately if you have signs of infection, such as:

fever, chills, sweating;
-
skin wounds;
-
muscle pain;
-
increased urination, pain or burning when urinating;
-
stomach pain, diarrhea, weight loss; or
-
Cough, shortness of breath, coughing up pink or red mucus.
Common side effects of tildrakizumab may include:
-
Pain, itching, rash, redness, swelling, bruising, or bleeding at the injection site of the drug;

Diarrhea; or
-
Cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat.

Warnings
Tildrakizumab affects your immune system.You may get infections more easily.Call your doctor if you have fever, chills, pain, cough, shortness of breath, skin sores, diarrhea, weight loss, or burning when urinating.
Before you take this medicine
You should not be treated with tildrakizumab if you are allergic to it.
Tell your doctor if you have a chronic infection or are scheduled for a vaccination.
Tell your doctor if you have ever had tuberculosis or if anyone in your household has tuberculosis.
It is not known whether tildrakizumab will harm an unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Breastfeeding may not be safe while using this medication. Ask your doctor about any risks.
Tildrakizumab is not approved for use in people under 18 years of age.
How is tildrakizumab administered?
Before you start treatment with tildrakizumab, your doctor may do tests to make sure you do not have tuberculosis or other infections.
Tildrakizumab is injected under the skin.
A doctor will give you this injection.
Tildrakizumab dosage information
Usual Adult Dose for Plaque Psoriasis:
100 mg subcutaneously at weeks 0 and 4 and every 12 weeks thereafter
Comments:
-Screen patients for tuberculosis (TB) infection before initiating therapy.
Application: For adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy
What happens if I miss a dose?
Call your doctor for instructions if you miss an appointment for your tildrakizumab injection.
What happens if I overdose?
Seek emergency medical attention or call the Poison Help hotline at 1-800-222-1222.
What should I avoid during treatment with tildrakizumab?
Do not receive a live vaccine while using tildrakizumab. The vaccine may not work as well and may not completely protect you from disease. Live vaccines include measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), polio, rotavirus, typhoid, yellow fever, varicella (chickenpox), and zoster (shingles).
What other drugs affect tildrakizumab?
Other medications may affect tildrakizumab, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal products. Tell your doctor about all medications you are currently taking and any medications you are taking or stopping.
