Ultan is used for:

Ultane is an anesthetic. It works by suppressing activity in the central nervous system, causing unconsciousness.

DO NOT use Ultane if:

Before using Ultane:

Some medical conditions may interact with Ultane. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have a medical condition, especially if any of the following apply to you:

Possible side effects of Ultane:

Severe allergic reactions (skin rash, hives, itching, difficulty breathing, chest tightness, swelling of the mouth, face, lips or tongue); Chills; fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat; Fever; seizures; unusual change in the amount of urine; Yellowing of the skin or eyes.

If an OVERDOSE is suspected:

Ultane is usually handled and stored by a healthcare provider. If you use Ultane at home, store Ultane according to the instructions of your pharmacist or healthcare provider. Keep Ultane out of the reach of children and pets.
