The wonderful lives in your consciousness of righteousness
You've heard the stories; You have seen the TV shows and YouTube videos of miracles that are still taking place today. You undoubtedly saw how the blind man saw and the crippled woman in the wheelchair jumped up and left. How about a man who immediately grew a new eardrum after being deaf in that ear for 54 years? Or a woman whose muscular sclerosis suddenly disappeared or a woman cured of asthma after more than 50 years? Do you think things like this still happen today? The wonderful lives in your consciousness of righteousness
You've heard the stories; You have seen the TV shows and YouTube videos of miracles that are still taking place today. You undoubtedly saw how the blind man saw and the crippled woman in the wheelchair jumped up and left. How about a man who immediately grew a new eardrum after being deaf in that ear for 54 years? Or a woman whose muscular sclerosis suddenly disappeared or a woman cured of asthma after more than 50 years? Do you think things like this still happen today?
If you do this, it is very likely that your belief in the miraculous will come with a side of self-doubt. That is, you may believe that it is possible for this televangelist to lay hands on the sick and make them recover, or for this famous faith healer with the huge church to perform the supernatural on a weekly basis. Of course, your faith also stops with you.
If someone were to ask you to come to the front of the church and lay your hands on the sick and heal them, pure panic would take over your body and unbelief would take over your mind, and that is the problem.
In the groundbreaking book “Justice Consciousness: How to Unleash God’s Power Within You!” The author explains that the power of God and the supernatural touch of our Lord Jesus Christ is within all of us who have been saved. Once born again, you are like Him; You can do what Jesus did when he walked the earth and even greater things than he did. The Bible makes this clear in John 14:12.
"I assure you, I tell you most solemnly, if anyone believes in me steadfastly, he himself will be able to do what I do; and he will do greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." —John 14:12 (AMPC)
It does not depend on your own self-confidence and it is not a matter of whether you have or do not have enough faith. The supernatural lies within your own consciousness. It's not about your belief in a particular situation; it is about you existing, walking and living in the constant awareness of God's righteousness.
There is much more to salvation than just the forgiveness of your sins. Jesus has changed places with you; Not only did He take away your sinfulness, but He also gave you His righteousness! However, most of us only think about the sin side of the equation and focus on the fact that Jesus forgave our sins and therefore we must avoid sin. This “sin consciousness” is the problem. Instead of a consciousness of sin, we must focus on and realize the consciousness of righteousness.
By the way, the above-mentioned miracles are true. Mark lost his left eardrum at the age of six. The eardrum resurfaced during a little Bible study.
Linda suffered from severe asthma from birth until she came to a small Bible study. For the first time in 52 years, Linda threw away the medications and ventilators, to the astonishment of her doctors.
These miraculous occurrences and many more took place not at a megachurch or a multi-million dollar television show, but at a small Bible study in the author's home.
Faith healers are not special people; they simply live in the consciousness of righteousness, just as you can too.
