Eczema Diet - The Magic of a Colon Cleanse

Eczema Diet - The Magic of a Colon Cleanse
One of the things that keeps me away from eczema permanently is a colon cleanse. I do a colon cleanse at least once or twice a year.
Every time I follow one I am shocked at the waste that is emitted (and I won't go into too much detail here). I also feel more energetic and alive than before. I now use a proprietary herbal solution because I find it more efficient and I can actually see the mucous plaque as it is expelled.
When I suffered from severe eczema, I remember my first colon cleanse. After a few days, I came across a mucosal plaque that was about 17 feet long. Yuk!
If you really want to get rid of your eczema, I recommend you do one thing. What should happen during your colon cleanse is that a thin film of mucus that is stuck to the walls of your intestines will break away from your body and come away.
This mucous film can only develop when the food you eat is lacking and your body's health begins to deteriorate. In other words, if you are completely healthy and your body is in top condition, your body will not produce mucosal plaque.
The formation of mucosal plaque occurs because you constantly expose your body to drugs, asphalt, alcohol, salt, heavy metals, dental mercury, toxic chemicals, red meat parasites, harmful microbes and other toxic chemicals.
Once this mucosal plaque becomes established, it grows in thickness and depth. The intestines will not eliminate it on their own. This stuff can and does hang around for decades, getting stronger and thicker and more widespread. Old fecal matter also adheres to plaque and cannot be removed with normal bowel movements.
This chemical cocktail dramatically slows the intestinal action of both waste excretion and nutrient absorption. It harbors bacteria and parasites and blocks the normal drainage of lymph and mucin. Ultimately, this plaque environment is perfect for the growth of cancer and other long-term diseases. Your eczema is just an early warning. It has to go because over time your immunity weakens and you start to suffer from increased disease.
