A person who is unhealthy and has health problems can cause more harm to themselves than the actual focus of wanting to look better through weight loss exercises. If you're not too fit and then set unrealizable expectations, you're more likely to lose the weight again once you lose it. However, if you make realistic lifestyle changes related to healthy living, the lost pounds will stay away.
