The diversity of the queer community will take center stage in Lübeck on August 14, 2024, when the Sexual Health Advice Center and the Lübeck City Library invite you to the first open stage for queers and allies. From 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. visitors can visit the Central Library, Hundestr. 5-17, look forward to a varied program.
The idea behind the Open Stage is to create space for creativity and self-expression. Whether music, poetry or comedy – anyone who feels called to can use the stage for 5 minutes. The event is open to everyone who feels connected to the queer community and its concerns.
The event will take place as part of the upcoming Lübeck Pride 2024, which has the motto #FOLBENbekenen. Christopher Street Day (CSD) is not only a celebration, but also an important opportunity to stand up for equality and against discrimination.
Anyone who wants to celebrate and support the diversity of the queer community is invited. Admission is free and there is an opportunity to purchase drinks and snacks on site. Interested artists are asked to register by July 31, 2024 at veranstaltungen.stadtbibliothek@luebeck.de.
