On Friday, July 19, 2024, an event will take place in Stuttgart that will address the topic of “New concepts for recruiting female leaders in the healthcare system”. This discussion raises the question of whether women leaders require special environments and explores the opportunities and challenges facing women in healthcare leadership positions.
Why is the discussion important?
The event is aimed at women who already work in leadership positions in the healthcare sector or are interested in such positions.
